All you need to do is show us a published price of a rug similar to one of ours from ANY of our GLOBAL competitors. If their price is lower than ours, we’ll bring our price is down. Yes, we’re that confident about our prices!

Methods of Payment

We offer an array of safe and secure payments options including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card and PayPal. We also accept international money orders in US dollars and corporate checks.

No Sales Tax

For orders that are billed and shipped outside of Florida, USA, no taxes are charged.

Orders that are billed and/or need to be shipped to Florida, USA are subject to a 7% sales tax.

Free Shipping Anywhere in USA

We offer free shipping with insurance anywhere on the Mainland (ie. Alaska & Hawaii are not included).

The prices for shipments outside of the Mainland are calculated based on the size & weight of the product along with your location.

All shipments are made using Basic Ground Shipping. We do no not ship to P.O boxes due to the sizes/weights of our products.

Shipments are sent out within 24 hours of order placements on Monday-Saturday between 10AM-8PM.

UPS Carriers are used for delivery anywhere in the USA. On average, delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on which state the product is being delivered to. You will receive a tracking number to allow you to monitor the location of the package.

Unless you make a request at the time of deliver, our packages do not require signature confirmation.

International Shipping Policy

We deliver all over the world, in compliance with US laws & regulations.

You will be charged based on the shipment’s size & weight along with your location. The shipping costs of each product will depend on its and the custom costs of the country of destination, we cannot provide an accurate shipping cost at our online checkout.

To get the exact cost of shipping, you will have to contact us directly via phone or email.

Azhar’s Return Policy

With your shipment you’ll receive a personal letter from Azhar himself.

In the letter we’ll guarantee that the rug is 100% hand-knotted.  It will define the type of knot used in the rug (Turkish or Persian). We’ll guarantee that the rug is made of either authentic silk or will. We’ll guarantee the country of origin.

Lastly and most importantly, we guarantee your full satisfaction. If for some reason you’re unhappy with the product, you can have it replaced with another rug of your choice from our collection.
