I inherited a 30 years old rug and it was very pale in color. I called Azhar’s Oriental Rugs trying to find some information about the rug on Wed noon. After getting the needed information about the rug sold by them in 1980’s, they mentioned that they have a washing service as well at excellent price with pick up/delivery at no extra charge. 30 minutes later their rep was knocking at my door to pick it up. More impressive when I got a call next day before noon to let me know that it was ready for delivery. Job done in less than 24 hours. Their personnel very friendly and helpful.
Their turnaround services is impressive and of their work there are not words to describe it.
After they washed it, all vivid colors showed up.
